Hello Cleansers & Re-Nourishers! I am THRILLED you are a part of our 30 day group! Take a moment to introduce yourself:
Name, where you are from, why you are starting now, what your expectations are, at least one specific goal in the next 30 days, what you are goign to do for exercise and anything else you want to share.
Our 1st day officially begins on Monday June 27th, however we have 2 assignments so far.
1. Clean out the kitchen, office, car any any other "stash" of any "junk" foods
2. Restock with wholesome, fresh, raw, organic foods including (chicken, fish, steak, almonds, eggs, berrries, sweet potatoes, brown rice, steal cut oats, raw veggies)
There will be two more pre-cleanse assisnments tomorrow for your success. I will send those tomorrow.
