September Isagenix Clenasers

Hello September Group,

I am thrlled you are getting started with the Isagenix 30 Day cleanse for the fall. This is the best way to jump start you health.

I just heard from someone who finished two back to back 9 day cleanses and here's what he had to share:

Great to hear form you and thanks for checking in.

Busy times but still on the path! I am amazed at the level of energy and changes in my body that I am experiencing! Since I began on Friday, August 26 at 248 pds, the following has transpired:

9 day cleanse:
1. I had a great 9 days with 13.5 pounds lost (234.5) along with 11 inches!

2. I have continued losing weight and see new definition in my body. I am down now a total of 20 pounds (228 pds now) in 24 days!!! Getting closer to college weight!

3. Energy, energy, energy.... I'm preparing for a cruise in one week. I have lots of prep, my regular work to line up for the 2 weeks of absence, workouts, taking dance classes (new), dating, and still finding time to write/build my new business. Wow!

4. I am sleeper deeper and longer! I have had short 3-5 hours uninterrupted. Now I am going 6 - 8!

5. My friends notice and see a change in my countenance! I am getting inquiries which has allowed me share my story and how Isagenix is my #1 source of nutrition.

So, you can see, it's all good! Thanks Kellie for your advice on the extra protein in my drinks. Makes a difference! And the great encouragement of healthy snacks/meals are tremendous. Keep up the great coaching.

Well, got to run. I hope this helps. I will be gone from September 25 - October 7 on a "Holy Land Cruise" with 135 church friends/co-workers. I am stoked! Can't wait to share. Trying to figure out the packing thing and how to incorporate Isagenix products! Lol.  Any suggestions?

Take care and talk to you soon!

End

I literally receive e-mails like these daily. They are very rewarding and I NEVER get tired of hearing them.

Be sure to introduce yourself and share your Isa expereince.

It is well,

Kelli

What have other people said?  What new commitments have you made for the coming week?  What are you enjoying about the program?  Is it getting easier?

Staying the Course

Hi Jim,
That is a realistic goal to lose 15 pounds in 30 days!  Yes, keep the emotional eating at bay. First set your mind to sticking to the plan. Then come up with ways to distract yourself when you think about emotional eating - go for a walk, play with the kids, pick up a hobby, get out of the kitchen, read, drink water, review your goals, ect.
You will over time - a week or two - create new habits. Your stomach will shrink and your body will have less cravings. It will be less of a battle every day.  You will want vegetables in instead of cake!

Keep the big picture mind of a healthy, fit, athletic dad and husband who is energetic - and in a good mood!
Be well,
Kelli

Pre & Post Workout meals + Coffee!

For those of you working out early. Have the Ionix Supreme before your workout. You can also have a hard boiled egg or some almonds or almond butter with an apple.
Then after your workout have the IsaLean Shake.
Jim, to answer your question about coffee, ideally it would be great if water was your beverage of choice - or green tea.
If you are drinking a lot of coffee, cut back.  If you are up for it, give it up for 30 days. You may have a headache for 2 - 3 days (which tells you something) but then you will feel great.
Green tea is a good replacement and a good metabolic booster when you want to drink something hot or filling.
