Hello Isagenix Cleansers,
I'm in suspense to hear what you are noticing after 2 full weeks on Isagenix. What are some of the things you are experiencing with your energy, mental clarity, on the scale, with your clothes, with how you look? What have other people said? What new commitments have you made for the coming week? What are you enjoying about the program? Is it getting easier?
Inquiring minds want to know! Please, do tell!
Kelli
Hi Kelli,
ReplyDeleteCleanse day yesterday went well. I do keep the Cleanse for Life and Ionix Supreme in the refrigerator. They taste better cold, I think. I usually take the Ioxix Supreme as a shot all at once and it is fine.
Yestereday morning my husband wanted to go out to breakfast. I had already had my first Cleanse for Life of the day. At first I was reluctant to go out to breakfast thinking I couldn't do it, but I didn't want to disappoint my husband.
We ended up going to Corner Bakery and I had the egg scrambler, but told them to make it with egg whites. It comes with peppers, mushrooms, onions, potatoes and cheese. I told them to hold the potatoes and cheese.
It was delicious and I didn't feel cheated. So, I was able to go out even on a cleanse day. The rest of the day went very well.
After 2 weeks, the biggest change I notice is in my energy level. My stomach is flatter, my clothes fit better, and I feel great. The shake is so satisfying in the morning.
I commute to Ft. Worth for work, but I get up early and go to the gym in my office each morning for spin classes, and circuit training. I drink the shake before I leave (at 5:00 a.m.) and I am satisfied until lunch.
I do eat raspberries mid-morning for a snack.
Sorry to go on and on - but I am so happy that I am doing the program. I feel great and I look so much better.
It is so helpful having your videos each morning to listen to - they really help.
Thanks.
I am actually cleansing today. I had a date day with my husband yesterday and didn't feel I could do the cleanse. However, now that I think back and read the above post I very well could have done it. We went to lunch at LaMadeleine and I ordered the smart omelet with veggies. Very satisfied, had no regrets about not ordering any of my other usual choices. My husband continues to tell me how impressed he is with my commitment and results both mentally and physically.
ReplyDeleteI am a little "off" today mentally. The cleanse is going fine but I veered a little off the program over the weekend and I think I am a little hormonal (sorry guys!) I had a friends 5oth birthday dinner and did chose to have a glass of wine and a few bites of a dessert. I also went to a friends for dinner Friday night. The good news is that I brought my own grilled chicken and marinated tomato salad but did indulge in a few bites of fried fish and french fries.
So, I am feeling like I need to get back on track. I didn't really fall off the program, I chose to indulge the way I did. What I think is good is that I was able to stay very much in control of my choices. That is one of the big mental changes I like. I feel as though I have been able to regain control of my choices.
I feel slim. I am very happy to feel like I have gotten rid of the "bulk" I was seeing and feeling. I am frustrated though about not being able to tone up with exercise. I walk each day and will just need to be patient and the rest will come.
I do love the shakes and the Ionix Supreme. I am about to go have some egg whites for a little pick me up but other than that I am pleased with the Isagenix program. I might also be a little bummed about the weight loss. It seems to have slowed down but I hope to pick up a little more exercise and hopefully that will help.
