Pre & Post Workout meals + Coffee!

For those of you working out early. Have the Ionix Supreme before your workout. You can also have a hard boiled egg or some almonds or almond butter with an apple.
Then after your workout have the IsaLean Shake.
Jim, to answer your question about coffee, ideally it would be great if water was your beverage of choice - or green tea.
If you are drinking a lot of coffee, cut back.  If you are up for it, give it up for 30 days. You may have a headache for 2 - 3 days (which tells you something) but then you will feel great.
Green tea is a good replacement and a good metabolic booster when you want to drink something hot or filling.

  1. my goal is to lose 15 pounds in 30 days and to establish an even better eating mentality than I already have. I am trying to elminate emotional eating from my habits!! wish me luck, I will need it.

  2. oh and i will increase my walking to 3 times a week, minimum and start strength training 2-3 times a week using various methods. plus stretching and core strengthening, can't forget that! :-))
